Refund & Cancellation Policy

This cancellation policy outlines how you can cancel or seek a refund for a product or service that you have purchased through our platform.

Order Cancellations: Cancellations will only be considered if the request is made within 7 days of placing the order. However, cancellation requests may not be entertained if the order has already been communicated to the seller or merchant, and shipping has been initiated or the product is out for delivery. In such cases, you may choose to reject the product at your doorstep.

Perishable Items: We do not accept cancellation requests for perishable goods such as flowers, eatables, or similar items. However, a refund or replacement may be issued if the user can establish that the quality of the delivered item was not acceptable.

Damaged or Defective Products: In case of receipt of damaged or defective items, please report to our customer service team within 7 days of receiving the product. The request will be reviewed by the listed seller or merchant and processed only after verification.

Product Not as Described: If you believe the received product does not match what was shown on the site or is not as per your expectations, you must notify our customer service team within 7 days of receiving the item. Our team will review and respond with an appropriate resolution.

Warranty Products: For items covered under a manufacturer's warranty, please direct all complaints to the manufacturer.

Refund Timeline: If a refund is approved by our team, it will be processed within 7 working days from the approval date.
