The App is intended for use only by authorized Retailers who manage EMI sales of mobile devices. Customers cannot directly access or manage their data within the App.

• You must register using a valid mobile number and create a secure password.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

• We may suspend or terminate accounts found to be involved in misuse or fraudulent activities.

• You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of customer data you enter (e.g., EMI details, IMEI numbers, signatures, documents).

• You must not upload illegal, harmful, or unauthorized content to the App.

• You agree to comply with applicable laws and data protection regulations.

• All information you provide is governed by our Privacy Policy . You acknowledge that we store and process information in the India region with encryption for sensitive fields.

• The App and Site, including all content, code, logos, and trademarks, are owned by or licensed to TechMitsu.

• You may not copy, reverse-engineer, or redistribute the App or Site content without written permission.

• You may not use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

• You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App or Site, or any connected systems.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access if you violate these Terms or misuse the platform in any way.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damages arising from your use of the App or any reliance on its contents, including data loss or unauthorized access.

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, data accuracy, or security beyond reasonable efforts.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. All disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in India.
